Our Founders

Built by Insiders Who Know How Hiring Really Works

Our co-founders came to this problem from different angles. One was a Google recruiter who watched 50,000+ resumes per month get filtered by an algorithm she did not even fully understand. Another was an ML engineer who reverse-engineered Greenhouse, Lever, and Workday's ATS algorithms as a side project. The third was a career coach with 15 years of experience watching talented people miss opportunities because they did not know how to present themselves to automated systems.

They realized nobody had married insider hiring knowledge with modern AI. So they did. In 2025, HireAI Guide launched. Within 18 months, 48,000 professionals across North America were using the platform.

Today, our team includes former hiring managers from Meta, Microsoft, and McKinsey; data scientists specializing in NLP and candidate ranking algorithms; and career coaches with expertise across tech, finance, consulting, and operations.
