HireAI Guide is not responsible for unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
2.3 Account Termination. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent behavior, or use the Service for illegal purposes. Termination will result in loss of access to your data unless you request a data export before termination.
3. Permitted and Prohibited Uses
3.1 Permitted Uses. You may use HireAI Guide solely for your personal, non-commercial career development. This includes optimizing your resume, practicing interviews, receiving career guidance, and researching job market trends.
3.2 Prohibited Uses. You agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble our AI models or algorithms.
- Use HireAI Guide to create a competing service or product.
- Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from our Platform without authorization.
- Upload content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates others' intellectual property rights.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or HireAI Guide staff.
- Engage in fraudulent transactions or payment disputes.
- Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure.
- Access the Service through automated means (bots, scrapers) without our written permission.
4. Subscription Plans, Billing, and Payments
4.1 Subscription Tiers. HireAI Guide offers multiple subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Executive) with varying features and pricing. The current pricing and features are available on our website.
4.2 Billing Cycle. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically on the anniversary of your billing date. Annual subscriptions renew annually. You will receive renewal notifications via email before each billing date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period.
4.3 Payment Methods. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods specified on our website. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment processors. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all subscription fees and applicable taxes.
4.4 Refund Policy. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on monthly subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with your subscription within 14 days of purchase, you may request a full refund. 5. User Content and Intellectual Property

5.2 Limited License to HireAI Guide. By uploading content to HireAI Guide, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you. We do not use your content to train external AI models or for any purpose other than serving you.
5.3 HireAI Guide Intellectual Property. All content, software, algorithms, and materials provided by HireAI Guide (including the Platform itself, AI recommendations, interview templates, and generated insights) are the intellectual property of HireAI Guide or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any HireAI Guide intellectual property without our express written permission.
6. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
6.1 Disclaimer of Warranties. HireAI Guide is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or meet your specific needs. We specifically disclaim any warranty that our AI recommendations will result in job interviews, offers, or employment.
6.2 No Guarantee of Outcomes. While our tools are designed to improve your career prospects, we cannot and do not guarantee specific job placements, salary increases, or interview success. Results vary based on individual circumstances, market conditions, application volume, and other factors beyond our control.
6.3 Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HireAI Guide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6.4 Liability Cap. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to HireAI Guide in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HireAI Guide, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these terms, your use of the Service, or your infringement of any third-party intellectual property rights. This includes any claims resulting from your uploaded content or your actions on the Platform.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
8.1 Governing Law. These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8.2 Jurisdiction. You agree that any legal action or proceeding relating to these terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in New York County, New York. You consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
8.3 Binding Arbitration (Optional). Alternatively, either party may elect binding arbitration to resolve disputes. Arbitration shall be conducted under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Commercial Arbitration Rules.
9. Termination
We may terminate your access to HireAI Guide immediately, without notice or cause, if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent behavior, or if termination is necessary to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request a data export for 30 days after termination.
